SYCA AI is operated by ClickMark AI ("SYCA AI", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use SYCA AI, how we use it, how we keep it safe, and the choices you have. By using SYCA AI you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign up we collect your name, email address, and basic sign-in details. We do not see or store your password.
- Brand profile. Information you choose to provide during onboarding, such as your niche, audience, content pillars, brand voice, and goals.
- Public social handles. When you confirm a public social handle, we read information that is already publicly available on that platform, such as your display name, bio, follower count, and recent public posts. We do not access private accounts.
- Conversations. The messages you send through the service and the replies generated for you, including any files, images, links, or other content you attach.
- Files and uploads. Files you upload to a chat are stored temporarily and automatically deleted after a short retention window.
- Memories. Short notes the service may save to personalize future replies. You can review and delete these from your profile.
- Technical and usage data. Standard logs such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and timestamps. We use this data to keep the service secure, reliable, and performant.
How we use your information

How we store and protect your information
- Your data is stored on industry-standard cloud infrastructure used by leading global companies.
- Information is encrypted in transit and at rest where applicable.
- Access is restricted to authorized personnel with a legitimate business need.
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not use your content to train any public AI model.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we work to protect your information using reasonable safeguards, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Service providers
We work with reputable third-party providers to deliver SYCA AI. These include providers for identity and authentication, cloud hosting, AI processing, analytics, customer support, and payment processing. Each provider is bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations and processes your data only on our instructions and only to the extent needed to provide their service to us.
AI processing
To generate replies, your inputs may be processed by trusted AI providers under enterprise data-protection terms. Under those terms, your inputs are not used to train the providers' public models. Generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete, and you are responsible for reviewing it before use.
Voice input.When you use the microphone, your audio clip is transcribed by a trusted speech-to-text provider (ElevenLabs, with Google as fallback). Your voice clips are not used to train these providers' models. Transcription records held by the speech provider are deleted promptly after your text is returned, with an automated cleanup as a backstop.
Public social media data
When you connect a public social handle, we read information that is already publicly available on that platform. We do not access private accounts and we do not post on your behalf. You can disconnect a handle at any time by contacting us.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use strictly-necessary cookies for sign-in and to remember basic preferences such as language. We do not use advertising cookies during the closed alpha.
Data retention
We retain account and profile data for as long as your account is active. Uploaded files are automatically deleted after a short retention window. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can also withdraw consent where we rely on consent. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Children
SYCA AI is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.
International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than the one in which you live. Where required by law, we put appropriate safeguards in place to protect your data when it is transferred internationally.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the service. Continued use of SYCA AI after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.
